Just did a clutch and tranny swap, and when i restarted the car I couldnt idle for anything and the throttle responded slowly. Lots of rubber is dry rotted on my 91 SE-R so is this a vaccume leak?

there should be a knob like thing that you turn and it tightens the cable.
Thats as tight as it can go,but my clutch still doesnt engange til im like an inch from the floor.

u might need a clutch? but did u pull the cable up tight and then turn and tighten the knob down on the clutch lever?
