Sometimes you're able to tap on the relay and the car will start. Its usually more predominant when its hot outside. The fuel pump will not work when the relay is acting up.
lol , you caught the "90" civic part too huh? EF's are notorious for the main relay goin out , seriously Ran , try changin that , it would be the first thing i would check , pm smokeyJ he has quite a few good ones at his house
