95 EJ CIVIC--U.S. SI ??????????????

I went and looked at a ej civic (95 civic coupe) yesterday and the title said Civic U.S. SI

Car has all the ex features, sunroof, spoiler, pw,pl, 5 speed single cam vtec motor.

But has drum brakes in the back. The VIN matched up on the whole car, but I thought SI's only came hatchback these years..

Anyone know what's up with this??

My old ej had 4 wheel abs but it was a 94, carfax on the car says SI also, door sticker says made in Canada, but speedometer says MPH.
