    Question grrr..@ these sob's

ok really ill... can u tell????
okthis is why, i drive an '89 accord in really great shape but im gettin ill due to lack of performance options... soooo i been lookin on a couple sites and then i noticed somethin' wierd goin on. on cardomain half if not more of the 89 accords are starting a trend. it shows pics people are takin of there motors and like mine most of them are the carburated set up. then a few pics into it they have either short ram or full cold air intake??? uhmmm wherethe hell did the intake attach??? its carburated i thought to myself... so i look closer and wow some how magiclly now its got a efi unit on it..so i was like wtf??? then this is where i got mad i started lookin more and people are sayin "heres mynew efi i jus bolted on"??? wth how do u jus bolt it on? wat a bout the injectors and the fuel rail? and and and... ahhhhh but anyways theres like 50 car owners sayin this and none will answer my questions... so please some one tell me im not loosin my mind that there is no bolt on efi for a carburated honda motor... please

if there was an 89 accord that had pgmfi, which they do, an ecu swap, intake mani, throttle body, sensors would be needed. if there is a difference in power most of the parts (CAMS) are interchangable. they would have also had to modify the engine harness to do so. its the same concept as converting a civic hatch. if you need more info let me know and i can do a litte research. the parts you need you can prob get them cheap.

no not lookin to jerry rig by any means jus dont understand how its even concieved possiable. im lookin into jus buyin a equivelint motor to build jus sad cause this one only has 60,000 actual miles on it and runs great jus dont wanna waste it if not needed to be wasted... if i thought it might actually be a conversion kit id be interested but it all seems like bs to me. seein how nobody will come off any info at all. soooo ;oP

lol love the pic lmmfao... in all honesty uhh mr.duck? it prob be easier to jus dump a newer motor in it and do away with the carb. its low miledge is great but the power diff sux.... so yeah if u can maybe help with some research id greatly apprieciate it maybe its not that hard and i can compare price and effectiveness in the long run
