And the reason why they couldn't align your Jeep is because he didn't know how to align it. With jeeps with that particular set up, everything you learn about aligning you have to throw out the window. I bet his dumbass was trying to set the toe the conventional way. With them, you don't quite do it that way. You have to push the tires by hand until they come within specs. If the total toe is set, you watch the screen and make sure the wheels are pointed straight ahead and you have someone go sit inside while you make the adjustment for the steering wheel. When it comes up straight, it's ready. Rarely would you have any problems with camber or caster on a jeep. It's just toe or a crooked steering wheel. Most of the time it's just a crooked steering wheel.
