I check sluts off my list like a maintnence man
I drive a low is3 just so it gives me a reason to drive super slow on these rough ga roads.
Uh...just happened to be under the tail end of my car.Originally Posted by OTG Signs

Mine has factory 3.55s, but its an 04
06 5spd GT 4.6L here...not trying to brag, just lettin' it be known what I've got...but so hopefully I can figure out what the hell I have, LoL.
JDMadness ==>EvasiveEF9
the only options in the 06 5 spd are 3.55 so that is what you have. in 07 you could get 3.55 or 3.31!

I wish I was getting better gas mileage with the 3.31, but...hell, I guess that's the price you pay for a quicker jump from the line...Originally Posted by onebadgt

i wish i had at least 3.55's 3.31s are LONG ASS GEARS.
They're cheap enough...Originally Posted by Dwisforme05

JDMadness ==>EvasiveEF9
you mean a 4.6? i have a Boosted 4.0 v6. i get about 19-20 in the city, and 28 on the highway.
*shakes head*
my bad. It's been a long day working on a sikorsky, LoL. Numbers like 110, 92, 3000, 1500, and 4,380 are swirling in my head...
Not bad gas mileage...how does it do on a dyno? I bought a V8 to own a manly man's car, but the more I see of these V6's, the more I'm impressed.
JDMadness ==>EvasiveEF9
im happy with my car, i always get the "oh why didnt you buy a v8" story but ****, i love the fact that i spent less on my car plus the mods then a gt would have cost me, and i make more power. right now its putting out about 300rwhp and 285 rwtq.
i have some 3.55s in my garage if you want em lol!Originally Posted by Dwisforme05

Damn, that's the way to roll. I HALFWAY regret not buying a V6, but I'm still in love with the sound of this motor...Originally Posted by Dwisforme05

I guess I'll finally chime in on this thread.
'01 Mineral Grey Cobra
Promotion T45
Aluminum flywheel
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch
UPR quadrant/firewall adjuster
SRA with 4.30's
JLT CAI
FLowmasters
All work done by previous owner, I've done nothing more then put gas/oil in it at this point. Once I get some other bills paid off then I'll start modding. That'll probably consist of forged rods/pistons and some sort of forced induction. I'm about half drunk right now so I'll post some pics later.![]()

hm......1989 hatch. 2.3, T5, home made CAI. 35 mpg never looked so good!
1995 mustang gt with flowmaster 40s and gay 2.73 stock gears.
Well when i totaled my 350z i had a choice between a GT or a supercharged V6, and to be honest with you, the unmatched sound of a mustang GT is what made my decision for me...
at any rate...
2006 Mustang GT
JLT Cold Air Intake
BamaChips 91 octane tune
Cervini's Pypes side exhaust kit
Im workin on the full Eleanor kit but all I have so far is the exhaust, back bumper, side skirts and spoiler...hopefully ill get the hood and front bumper by christmas and the scoops and louvers just whenever i have a little spare cash...ive only had the car since..eh? Mayish? lol

Was walking through a Toyota dealership and came acrossw hat I thought was a normal 2001 black GT when I realized upon closer inspecition it was a 2001 Bullitt which they only made about 1800 of in black. I didn't want to pass it up so two days later my RSX was gone and I bought this![]()

GOOD FIND!
Be sure to black-out your license plate in your pictures, though!
JDMadness ==>EvasiveEF9
Why is that? It doesnt make you any safer...Originally Posted by EvasiveEF9

How do you figure? I've heard stories of people getting in trouble for illegal activities due to license plates being pictured on the net. Or, people using license plates as an identity to look up the "home address" of a car and strip it. Seeing as we tend to post alot about our cars on the net, what's been done to them, and how much money is involved with them...I personally would prefer not to have the risk of someone tracking my license plates...
Why do you think most other people do it? For example...the one in your sig...
JDMadness ==>EvasiveEF9
well a buddy of mine made the sig for me..and i guess i see what your saying its just...like if i saw a car i liked on here...well chances are theres one in my town atleast similar to it...so...instead of going through all the trouble to look up the identity of that person i could just go get the one near me...i mean dont get me wrong i guess it makes it a little easier for someone to hunt you down and take your stuff but...a theif is a theif and if hes not stealin from you hes stealing from someone else...so..i dunno i guess its a little safer but not much...

Let's say you see a ford f150 online, and it's got a suede headliner, custom fiberglass/sued lined ipod mount and hookup leading to a 1200$ touchscreen/nav/dvd screen pushing out to a custom box with a 10" competition sub in it, two more tv screens in the headrests, and xbox360 under the seat, and a few other neat little gadgets inside...let alone the HID headlights, suspension work, wheels and tires on the truck, and you KNOW all of this to be on this particular truck two towns over...and you're risking yourself to break into and/or steal the truck altogether, are you going ot make it worth your time to find and pick up this truck, or settle for stealing one down the street that's bone stock? You can steal out the equipment and part it out, and never be traced. You can then choose to chop the truck, or ditch it, whatever, making all that money. Which one are you gonna choose?
I say this example because that's EXACTLY what happened to my buddy's truck. He's still recovering the losses. The guy was never caught, and there are no leads on who did it.
