    Default painting interior.....

I have a brown interior, and i want it black. What the best way to do this so that it actually looks like its supposed to be black. I dont just wanna whip out the paint and start painting...........unless thats how easy it is-lol

since it looks like you got yourself an El Camino I'll assume you got vinyl seats - so vinyl dye ( for the dash and side panels too ) from there you can use Khrylon Fusion spray paint to paint any removable plastic pieces ( dunno if you got any )and, well - you might have to buy a black carpet

I had used some Krylon interior/ exterior, and I painted my things and it looked glossy and smooth and then about 2 hrs later it cracked the plastic and parts were almost turned into scrap. I saved them by sanding them down once again, but still confused afraid to try and paint them one more time... any ideas?

yes... paint in the sun... it cracked because it did not dry correctly... too much moisture in the air does that... paint on a sunny day.. do light coats every 5 - 10 minutes....

i painted my interior with some cheap gloss black paint i bought from walmart. for interior/exterior. and it turned out great. but the only thing i hate about it is my door panels. dust and shit just sticks to it. maybe i should redo them with a diff type paint?
