    Default Cleaning exhaust residue?

    What is the best method of cleaning the residue left from the exhaust?

    Simple Green works pretty well.

    Depends on what type of acid you are talking about.... My dad hauls acid and for a living and he uses it to clean the outside of the tanks, but if you leave it on there for more than a few minutes it will leave big stain spots on whatever you are cleaning.....< and there is no way to get them out.

    im not sure which acid it was but my brother in law got me some to clean chrome with and it worked like a champ.

    Yeah I'll find out tommorrow what its called. but the kind your talking about is the kind my dad cleans with..... I used some to clean a motor block I had and it worked magic, cause I'm not rich enough to get a hot tank...........lol

    I think you guys are talking about muriatic acid. If you use it on steel but don't seal it soon after, it will flash rust.

    Try just polishing it with some metal polish like Mother's.. you would be surprised at how much that polish can take off.

    Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

    a cat converter works well too...

    if yoru talkin about paint on the bumper, and u keep it waxed...and wipe it often than you shouldnt need anything than a regular ole towel..

    just use some neverdull, follow it up with some metal polish, should look brand new, clean first with soap and water to get the majority of the residue off of there.

    sha, its used as pool cleaner too, it works wonders
    just don't get it on any cuts you may have, it burns like hellfire
