    sorry should have put new in there...
    Yes I know I should go to the dealership but I am looking for suggestions on a model and brand...Preferably I don't want an American stock (they are like hunks of metal with a powerful engine thrown in, no engineering)

    oh ok, I feel like a dumbass, I can say for a fact insurance is gonna come to you house everymonth and rape you if you get an evox if you are under 25.

    what I would do with 30k, buy a new or a year old civic si, buy a Jackson racing supercharger 8psi, a good exhaust system, and a good tune.
