Exclamation I have a problem w/a leaky Fuel pressure regulator...

On my adjustable FPR, one of the fittings has a bit of a leak in it. I tried sealing up the leak, i tried putting a new rubber o-ring in it, and then sealing up the o-ring. Its strange, because when i pressurize the fuel system, the thing doesnt leak. It only starts to leak once the engine is actually running.

Its starting to get annoying, because i waited 3 weeks for it to come in the mail all the way from California and i'd really like to run it in my car, but it leaks. So, how do i stop the leak?
