    Default Quick question about Honda

I'm looking at getting a new daily driver to help save on gas prices. I settled on getting a Honda Accord because they seem to take quite a beating.

My question: I'm looking at 2 Accords, one is 1987 model LX with 161K for $1500, one is a 1990 LX with 165K for $2000. From searching wikipedia I know that one is a "third generation" and one is a "fourth generation" model. Is the quality/craftmanship on the fourth generation a big enough step up to warrant the extra $500?

    Thanks!
