***Help, need some advise.***

Im going to Wilimingtion, NC this weekend to look at a WRX. Im pretty new with them but I can tell outside wise damage. Exterior, interior, and outside the engine. Driving I can also tell some things wrong. But what do I need to look for or the right questions to ask to make sure its a good WRX? Thanx.

Make sure to ask the owner when the last time the rotary was serviced. Also, double check the 710 cap.
