Dudeguy88, just get the car running first. Find the vacuum leak and replace the hose. Fix the misc. problems the car has before trying to drive it. Since you don't have a lot of money, why not boost the KA24E that is in your car? Its pretty cheap to put together your own turbo setup if you read up on the subject and find parts. Plus if you manage to blow it up, the KAs are dirt cheap to replace.
