    yea i always thought so too! i would nvr use the valve adjustment to gain 1hp running loose gives you more torque but less power, while running tight means giving up torque to gain a little power. You can’t hurt much going a little tighter, though you’ll give up idle smoothness, but if you go too loose, you’ll start breaking parts!!!!! not reccomended by me and my fellow tuners

    Well see, the thing is im not planning to get "more power" from doing the valve adjustment. Im only planning on having the engine run the way its supposed to run based on Factory spec... and if it happens to gain more power from runnin like that, then great! if not, then oh well.
