haha nahh. i dont even own a bike. but i want one. im just too chicken to ride one because i might get owned in a crash.

Motorcycle: Yes but only in the dirt. Never laid down a street bike.

the only thing about riding a bike is the clutch and backing up the bike that probably the hards thing
there easy to ride.. if you ever rode a dirt bike you will have no problems

I've wrecked a KLR 250 because of the throttle getting hung. It cost my insurance about 3,500 for the surgery and I'm guessing anywhere from 400 up to 2,000 for the bike. I haven't looked at the bike because it scares me thinking about fixing it.

That's very misleading for a new rider. Yes riding the bike will come somewhat easily but that's hardly what you have to worry about. As for me I crashed my last bike. I was turning onto a 4 lane highway and the guy in front of my stopped to make an illegal left turn right as I glanced over my shoulder to pass him. Broke my collar bone into 3 pieces and ended up selling that bike rather than fix it. If you're thinking about getting one you can plan on going down at some point, its the nature of the game.Originally Posted by bouncy!

I drive a low is3 just so it gives me a reason to drive super slow on these rough ga roads.
In my opinion working a clutch with a hand was a lot easier than using your foot.
I wrecked on hwy 60 a while back.

Lol. Both those statements are wrong, man. Riding a bike proficiently on the street (even if you ride like a granny like I do) requires some skills.
Anyone can just put it in gear and motor down the highway, issues come up when you get put into weird spots
The two main skills that you need to learn when you start are how to stop and turn/swerve the bike quickly and safely in a variety of situations.
I agree 100% with you there. Anyone can rocket down the road at killer speeds. It's when that dog jump's out in front of you, or granny pulls out and doesn't look that you see what true skills you have. It's the same principle as driving a car. Youre not an experienced driver untill you have at least ten years of driving under your belt. That's quoted from the law enforcement hand book and not me.
Just pretend everyone on the road wants to kill you when you're on your bike.

Suker, lol. I looped my old XR650R supermoto at about 55-60. I picked it up and kicked it a couple times and kept riding the rest of the day. Till I gotta flat.
