bmw question

alright, so I'm getting ready to move out of state and my (325i)m50 is crapping out. My dad managed to find a e46 motor(330i non m) for pretty daymn cheap and great condition. I'm new to the whole bmw game as many of you know. My current mods on my m50 is a trm chip, 3.5 inch borsh maf, cai, m3 exhaust system and a few more that. Can all of this (besides the chip) transfer to the new 330i motor?... also what is the specs of the 330i(hp, tq, weight, etc)?.....

whats needs to be down for this swap?.... any help will be granted a +1.
please do not flame me, I did some search but I ended up confusing myself.

also, what if I were to do the m50 intake manifold conversion non vanos?.... I doubt it help any but I could be wrong. Please confirm this.

the 330i is motor that was made after bmw came out with the obdII m3 motor wich instead of 3.0 its a 3.2 with different diff and tranny. The 330i is a motor that is almost similiar to the 95 M3 motor. Trust me if i had that 330i motor you have i would dump it in my car as well. Also if you have everything to convert it to a OBD1 that will make it even more impressive. Well good luck
