yeah but the 720 rwhp was at 20 psi. That car was actually tuned locally here by Tim Barth of modular powerhouse. And yeah a good flowing V8 doesn't need much boost to make good power. There is no replacement for displacement remember.

the car i was referring to is my boss's car speaking of Tim Barth of modular powerhouse. we have order alot of parts from them most recent was a TKO tranny thats gonnin on a 5.4 in 01 GT with a vortec on it
