You don't need to cut the bolt from the shock. Take out the bolt from the bottom of the shock, take out the 2 nuts of the shock from the rear thats holding on to the frame of the car and make someone step on the rotor to remove the shock since theres a lot of pressure from the rear LCA and the shock.
