Exclamation Need Help W/ BMW Convertible Top!

I've got a 99 328i Convertible. It's the e36 body style. The car has a fully automatic convertible top and i am experiencing problems with it. Last night out of nowhere the top would not close all the way on its own. It was getting really late so i just disconnected the motors and put the top up manually. Now i cant reengage the motors and synch them back in. Also, im really not sure what the problem is with the top. it could be the tension straps or the motor. not sure. does anyone know where i can go to get this fixed. Im looking for a reasonably priced shop that specializes in convertibles or if anyone know's anything about e36 convertibles. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
