there's probably an auto body supply place SOMEWHERE near you, check there. I know there was a PPG place in Morrow, but that's a ride from Winder, and IDK if it's even still there.

some bodyshops will mix it together for you by the quart if there slow.but itl b expensive.
for example my shop was going to charge me 77$ a quart already reduced and ready to spray.just gotta look around. there use to be a thread here for a website who sells spray cans,quarts.. ect for your specific color code you want

There's a Napa Store in Atlanta off of Pryor Road that mixes paint. I heard the guy there does a good job. They use Sherwin Williams.
