After the SCCA autocross a week ago, my EF has been making some weird noises. Under the distributor cap, there is a grinding noise (sounds like a blown bearing). It started on the way home from points #2 and got worse later that week. I then went to TGPR and the noise went away. In the afternoon the car stopped running. I then towed the car home and replaced the distributor cap, ignition module, and coil. Same noise is there.

When I start the car, it runs fine. After a few minutes, the car starts to sputter then has no power, and sounds like its running on 3 cylinders. Battery and check engine light is on.

Can someone help?
