Default Wife wants an 04 TL....

I am all for this, been in a Cr-V for 6 years.
Anyways, I have a couple questions.
I have been in to my Ludes from about 10 years, so I know about the H motors, but can some one give me some specs on the TL.
    1. What motor is in it, and how much stock HP
    2. Timing belt or timing chain?
    3. It is $17,900 with 52000 on odometer. That a good deal?

    Thanks in advance.

its a V6 3.2 that puts out around 270hp, i know that the older TLs had alot of problems with the automatic transmission they would go out at about 70,000 miles, if i would be u i would check that if its same or not. but Acura replaces them for free upto 110,000 i think, but i love those cars they look so good and they're pretty quick.
