    Default keeps blowing ECU fuse

alright guys i just finished a swap in my car. everything was fine while driving for about 30 minutes with no check engine lights or anything but then all of a sudden an engine light came on and then it immediately died. i checked all of the fuses and noticed that the ECU fuse was blown i replaced but as soon as i turned the igniton 2 clicks the fuse blew again, so i tried all of my spare fuses and finally on the 15th fuse the thing started and then 10 minutes later the same thing happened. Any ides what it could be???? ive had the suggestion of a bad main relay??? i checked all ecu wires to make sure its not grounding out and the harness is fine no cut or wire showing

My knowledge of wiring is limited, but when you say checking, do you mean just a visual inspection? Double check all the grounds and make sure you are making good contact, no paint, grim, etc.. In the way.
