    Default gutted....?

    so i gutted my gs-r. everything is gone besides the door panels. carpet, headliner, you get the point. my brother said i was a dumba** and blah blah. i love it the way it is. just wanted to check on other peoples opinion on gutting their cars? whatcha think...

    eh yeah a little. i dont know how much i dropped. i had 2 10's and all that sh*t in it and i went from that to nothing. i got a little on the 0-60.

    i didnt do it just for fun. my back seats looking like someone puked on them. my carpet was well shot. alot of the bolts that held in all my panels were gone so everything rattled. so i just took it all out.

    well, as a street car, the carpet and headliner cuts were unnecessary. i can understand the rear panels and back seats, but the stereo equipment actually would weigh more than some of the things you took out... buy some used stuff thats in better condition, and put it back together.

    Yeah I have had some gutted cars, it got so hot in them. One was a real race car I drove daily, it was insanely uncomfortable after a while lol, I like the clean gutted look, and I am a light weight lover so...gutting ftw (even thought my Miata still has carpet lol)

    So you run a 16.3 instead of a 16.4. Its an INTEGRA. Put it back together.

    should try this, run it 4 times at the track with full interior and run it 4 times gutted. The time shouldn't really be much apart. I rather run with interior, don't like the car to sound like a tin can.

    i ran almost a year without interior now im begging somebody to give me interior for my car. if i had to do it all over agian i wouldnt have taken it out. its cool at first but not if your girl has to ride around with you in it lol.

    I would have kept the audio system..... Since its a dd what was your purpose of gutting it, Do you run often at the track?Are you wanting to make it a hella of a street car or something? Lets see some pic's!!!!
