    Default temp. gauge not working

    My temp gauge in my 99 accord has stopped working,hasnt worked for months,but since im about to boost i need to keep every sign of my car up todate;
    the story was i put those white glow gauges face plate over orginal black face gauges,then took it off since the needles rubbed and kept getting stuck..
    It hasnt worked since i took it off.it just stays below the 1st cold line.
    im pretty sure i didnt break the needle because the gas gauge is in the same spot next to it,and that works.

    any ideas? mayb push on the needle to get on track? anything...

    well if you didn't break anything I would find the coolant sensor that runs to that gauge and apply power to the connector and see if your gauge moves on the instrument cluster. if it moves then your sensor is bad. if not then your cluster is messed up
