i need to know which tranny will hold up, i can swap my h series and run an adapter plate to run a b series, but which one is more reliable? keep in mind this is not really a stock h.

if not a stock h and going to be a race car then go with the type R tranny...
boosted car you will want the GSR tranny IMO.
Type-R is too much work.
you better make sure the H2B can be done in an Accord, to my knowledge it will only work with a EG/DC/EF
yea i got a EF four door. looking for a gsr tranny as we speak, are they hydro or cable?
