Thread: how can i learn how to ride a bike if i dont have one???

    Go rent a scooter. Take out the insurance....and wear a helmet.

    the cost of the course, a helmet, gloves, and boots. go to the dmv for starters

    harley has a program where they teach you. you get your license AND you get a 10-15% reduction in insurance
