    Well unless you know the person selling the transmission, or get to ride in the car before it is pulled. You take the risk of buying someones lies and spending more money in the long run. When I was going to buy another cable LS tranny I looked around, but everyone was trying to "claim" thier ys1 to be a cable GSR and wanted alot more moeny. Better for me to just spend the extra $$ for the piece of mind I got knowing that my transmission has new parts.

    ok well just buy one from someone reputable haha... such as emminodagreat... thats where i got mine from and it was perfect

    Yeah, if you buy one get it from a reputable shop. That way you have someone to take it back too BTW did you put an LS tranny on your car??
