    Exclamation 91 240SX Help

Just recently I found out that my brake lights stay on without pushing the pedal down. Even when I turn the ignition off, it still stays on. I'm not sure what it could be. I looked, but couldnt find anything wrong with it. So if someone could assist me, it would be a very big help. If I dont get this problem fixed now, I'm most likely going to get rear ended very soon *knock on wood*. Thanks a lot

there is a brake pedal switch right on top of the pedal. It is just made out of rubber and can be broken easily, which it does all the time. Just get one out of another 240 or put put a bolt and nut there.

on hondas, the pedal has a whole and if the rubber piece is not in there the button is going right through the whole, causing your lights to stay on

wat i did was, i took a quarter and super glued it on there to close the hole on the pedal and now it works great.

not sure how it is on 240's
