PCV Valve question please look!

Ok cant fiind the PCV on my B18B so heres my question. I have a spare motor thats from a newer model. So can i just swap valve covers ( the newer model puts the PCV in the Valve cover) and then just run a vaccum line from the intake manifold to the PCV. Would this work?

The PCV is located on the Intake manifold, should be between 4 & 3 on the manifold (closer to the head). You'll see a hose running from the manifold to the back of the block. By changing the valve cover you're completing nothing.

The diagram below might help in somewhat, you betta save pics- the pcv valve should be located below,near, or under the intake manifold. Here ya go as I promised (this isn't fo the B18b1, but should assist in the same way).:

I'll keep myself humble by just saying read what I wrote, READ being the keyword in this sentence. He's looking for it on a LS, LS Intake Manifolds are somewhat similar to Si's, which I've built from scratch.

So you're saying they don't have a PCV chamber and the hose goes from the block up to the intake manifold where a PCV valve is?

If you read carefully

You'll see a hose running from the manifold to the back of the block.

I mean that's what I said to break it down for the guy......... he has seemed to of found it..............and......ummmmmmmmmmmm...........w ell I gave a clear indication of where it........................could be..............
