I would see if you have a vacuum leak or if your idle air control valve is good....
lol @ IDOL
most of the time ive had a idle probably was because of the ICV, unplug it and run that car see if that helps. if so check it. (envolves multimeter and finding what readings should come from what wires.) but alot of the time like the guy said it could just be a leak in one of the hoses. also check your coolant level and that your radiator cap is good

nevermind someone told me it was my tranny. "Also, if you left the H23 tranny on the F22 Motor you will notice that your RPM stay about 800 higher than your former setup due to the gear ratios". thanks guys for helpin out.

Please tell me if you think my car looks good. But don't tell me if you think it's ugly - only on IA

also check the throttle cable... it may be too tight... thats an easy fix... and check the butterfly... does the car EVER get below your normal idle?

Clean your fast idle thermo valve (FITV)
maybe an 02 sensor problem. possibly a MAF or MAP. throttle body stuck open at all?
