    Default is this fixable???

    this is where the crank pulley sits and on the picture is where the key holds its together but as you can see its stripped..can this be fix???

    you could clean it up w/ a file, and put in a larger key, and make the crank pully keyway alil larger.

    i was thinking about welding it then sand it down to its shape again...jb weld umm kinda risky there dont you think...thanks

    I wouldn't weld on it cuz it can throw off the balance of the crank, but I would either try what emmino said or go to a machine shop and ask

    do NOT weld that, balance will be thrown WAY off and it will happen agian! im in buford, if you can get the car to my shop i can fix it for sure, if i cant chad at fat cat fabrication across the street can!
