They serviced my Volvo but from talking to the guys and hearing about their rep, they do good work on Mazda's too.

Tool all the way. Saw them twice last year in one month! Here in ATL and Bonnaroo. The screen name is a reference to Disgustipated, the last track on Undertow. Reps to you for being the first one on IA to say something about it.

Nah, I'll get my girl to, I'm not 21 LOL.

I did buy Puscifer's cd though. I like it, kind of a chill industrial music.

I worked at a Mazda dealer for about a year until it closed down. And I still got a nice little stack on some of the cars of the time that had a TSB out.

under medium to hard acceleration in 3rd, 4th and 5th gear i get a bad bogging/skipping kinda thing going on, but i'm not throwing a code. i just had the plugs and wires changed about 3-4 months ago. my mechanic checked the fuel system, it's ok. i've cleaned the maf and it looks fine. this has been a persistant problem for a while now and it's starting to get worse. i've also run fuel system cleaners. it's a 2003 mazdaspeed protege with 100k on it. my mechanic thinks it's the plugs, but this will be the 3rd set in less than 15k when he puts them in later this week.

Take your car to the dealer. Your ECU needs to be reflashed. There was a big problem on that and it basicly dealt with bugs in the fuel maps. Also, what type of air filter are you running? Mazda's with the MAF (mine has a VAF) meter don't run very well if you're running a K&N filter and you're using the oil based charger. It coats the MAF and runs basicly how you're describing. If he (your mechanic) has the equipment, have him check fuel trim and/or datalog it to make sure that you don't have a boost leak too.

Tell them your problem an ask if there's any open recalls for your vehicle. If so, you get a free fix.

OPM Motorspots in Cumming builds most of the rental SM cars, then someone already suggested Mazcare. First time I heard of Mazcare was when I worked at Kroger and one of their mechanics was going through my line wearing his work shirt.

    (not my 240ZG)
