    Question sparco harness install

    i have a sparco harness bar already installed in a ek i just bought some sparco harnesses but how do i install with the harness bar?

    damn man. i was just messing around.

    the best way to think of it is when u put a helmet strap on. go through both then back.

    and make sure your mounting points are in correctly. if not, it can be worse when you get in a wreck then a stock belt.

    ya i think i did that part right tho i mounted one side to the seat belt clicker thing and the other side to wear the seat belt mounts to the car by the seat under the door i just figer out how to mount the back ones

    the part that goes thru the hole in the seats is the one i dont under stand how to mount yes i havea sparco harness bar to mount them to but dont know how to mount them

    zip tie are kinda weak arnt they i plan on acuaully using them every day or at least at the track and how do you weld fabric to metal bay i missed something about welding also have you seen the price of the harness bar why in the h*** would i f*** that thing up by welding to it lets think before we post please
