Theres not much kseries guys out yet.. in GA i thinking only like 3.......... 5 tops.. and pm hybridhatch or something like that he's got a kseries swap and i'm sure he know something about what your asking because he's done one himself..

but what i know is that.. axles you'll have to get on www.driveshaft.com for your axles for your make/model and i've seen alot of engine bays with kseries swap in it and it dont seem like there will be any engine bay mods for a kseries to fit.. and ekk2 mounts are what you should be looking into when getting your mounts.. and your passenger side mount has to be modified and moved towards the front of the hood, .. you'll need to get shift boot, shift cables, charge harness, shipp out your wire harness and get it rywire for the k's wiring harness, and a whole bunch of ****t.. and iu'm building a project myself. but who knoes..
