ask your mama or wife what spray they use to get rid of. :-) its becasue women are boss in the kitchen, or living room. they knew which best one spray can.

hmm... i'll try some cheap stuff first and see what happens. i may end up with somma that stuff if nothing else works
Lemon Juice + Vinegar. Do it, it works.

water spots are like spots left over after your wipers go across? i've tried some rubbing compound on it but i dont think it's any better. it's always at night when it's raining that makes the windshield worse. rainX wipers dont even work lol so i might just try this...Zaino
I give out reps....
baking soda + water + cup + mix + .50 tooth brush + Apply to windshield in clockwise motion + wipe away with micro fiber towl = YAY
@ least that will get rid of chemical residue on your windshield![]()

lol true i meant for like smaller spots... bwhahah i totally missed that whole part where he was like THE WHOLE windshield bwhahaha -life points for me
We always used whink at toyota. It takes off water spots on paint and windows. You just can't do a windshield with it.

You have to use it in the shade. I always use a cloth wax applicator to rud it in in small 12x12 areas. Don't let it get dry. You rud it in circular motions for about 15-20 seconds then spray it with windex. wipe clean with a rag and spray with windex one more time to clean it off. The water spots disappear. Try it, you wont be dissapointed. Just don't use it on the windshield. They sell it at walmart.
hrmmm u said it removes water spots on paint and windows.. why not windshield? they're basically the same, eh?Originally Posted by 1flysi

Maybe I haven't had the kind of spots you're talking about, but I've never had anything that rain-x couldn't take care of.
Something about it being shatter proof. All the cars that were close to the sprinklers had hard water spots on them that would not come off. The whink took cars of them.Originally Posted by khaxnguyen
Hey guys lol. this is funny. we might be talking about 46284128934271 different types of problems on our windshields lol!!!! in my case when i use the windshield wipers, it wipes the water off but there are still lil spots where the blades dont catch, thus leaving it horrible blurry at night. yeah the winshield is using those RainX wipers, new.

use window cleaner that foams, that has amonia...Originally Posted by clean_sol
just grab an SOS pad, get it a lil wet and start rubbing, then with off with clean towel. and spray some windex on there and i'll look like new.
i've heard you can use steel wool, 50/50 water vinager or you can buy a window cleaning kit from autogeek.net
