As long as you are sure about the rebuild and you get it tuned then you will be fine with 200whp. You shouldn't need that much boost with that size turbo. I have a stock rebuilt A6 that I plan on tring about 250whp on but I have extra motors in case it doesn't like it. Scotty has been running a y7 at 210whp for about 3yrs now with no problems.
