Stock internals should be fine for boost as long as you dont get boost happy and up it way too much

vteckidd says hes seen 203 hp out of a non vtec so i dont see the need to put a vtec head on it

And yes, a b16 will be better for the long run, again, it depends how long u think ull stick with this project and how much money you want to spend
yeah the guy is on here too, ScttyDB411 makes 203whp d16 NON VTEC.

i agree with what you. B series is a better platform, but if you dont want 300whp , and you dont want to spend alot of moeny, or dont have a lot of money, its not worth it. just being honest a B series swap and turbo kit with labor is around $6500-7000. thats a A+ turbo kit.

i would do the turbo D series, youll spend less money than a swap, its boosted, and itll be fun. youll enjoy it, and at teh end of the day, turbo kits dont really diminish in value much, if you get more moeny later on you can prob sell evreything for a good price
