Dont know much bout the LS, but as far as i know they are not that reliable, just search the new for reviews, like edmunds or somin. My mom had one from the dealer when they were working on her car, it drove like shit!

The ls is a very nice car. If you are going to buy one try to find a 03 or newer car. I use to work at Wixom Assembly (the plant that builds the ls) and can say that overall they are a very good car.

well when it comes to the quality, and durabilty of its parts and interior it sucks compared to its competitors in its price range.
speaking of which what cars are in it's price range? i figured Chevy Impala, Ford Taurus, Toyota Camry and so on and so forth....what else?
