    Default CRX suspension

I have an 88 crx si that I want to lower correctly. I had cheap coilovers on it, and it looked awesome, but I had the camber way off and it rode like total crap! I want to lower my car really low, and it still ride pretty good and I want get camber kits and fix that too! What is a good setup to run. I want to get a Skunk 2 Pro S full coilover kit, but I don't know how good that would ride. I need some pointers and maybe some setups that have worked. Thanks for any help!!!

I suppose you could get the Full Skunk2 Coilovers that go for $550-600 shipped, but I have a friend that has them on his Integra and he says he doesn't like them that much. I do hear a lot of good things about Omni Full Coilovers which come in Street & Sport applications and go for $650 shipped; which I plan on getting in a couple months.

You will never have a slammed car that will ride as well as it's designed to by the suspension manufacturer. What do you want to use it for?

Also, keep in mind that if you want to lower your car over 2.5in, a camber kit will only help you so much until your wheels scrape in the fender well.

Yeah I know the tires will hit the fenders. I just want it to sit low but not ride like crap. I know it will be stiffer than stock, but I want that also so it will handle good. This is how i want mine to look...

Koni Yellows + Ground control coil-overs. Better setup than MOST coil-over systems! IMO camber kits are overrated.

.. if u go low. and IT WILL STILL ride like ASSS because there is lil shock travel. get the konis and ground control with the extended top hats. you'll still be bumpy.. just less with better shocks and springs/coils

Going too low will cause the car to handle poorly, too.

Get some Skunk2 coilovers or Omni Power coilovers and Koni sport struts. Get some Omni Power or Skunk2 front and rear camber kits.
