Default Valve Adjusting Questions for b18

What to do if i got the spec's for the valve clearance that is ".15-0.19 mm,(0.006 - 0.007 in) for the intake? What would be my choice on the feeler gauge and which to start on?

uhh i always set my intake to .007 and exhaust at .009.

since i take it this is your first time... start with .001 and go on up from there, when you get to the number that wont fit , thats your number ,adjust accordingly.
