you gotta understand that Steves been in business for like 10 years, and he gets over 1000 phone calls a day from people just pestering him or asking HOW TO questions.
Hes there to answer questions about his product, not to give swap advice, or what motor works best with what.
He was a little stand offish with me in the beginning,and i dont blame him. now, we are cool and he remembers me by name. Cant say enough about his SERVICE and QUALITY.
He also doesnt want you ordering online because he wants ot make sure you get the right product. Many people order the wrong thing he wants to double check he ships you exactly what you are wanting.
