He didn't believe me ( I had already tested it with my multimeter, but I couldn't tell him that because it would have voided the warranty). If it wouldn't have been under warranty I would have fixed it myself. It turned out good in the end, because I got them to check over EVERYTHING that the warranty covered, and they replaced a lot of little stuff (clock light, and a few other little things that would have been just a pain in the ass to do myself). I've always had a good experience there except for when one salesperson (reggie i think) tried to screw with me on an interest rate when I was going to trade on a 06 TSX. Other than that, I have no reason why I would not buy another car from them.
didn't start there until november of '06, so no offense taken. i can almost guarantee that the technician you are referring to is no longer with us. FYI checking continuity on a switch cannot/ will not void the warranty. the only time we will void the warranty is if you have altered something in such a way as to render it inoperable, or if the mileage or time limits have expired. other than that we can't do much to the warranty.

as far as bringing it to us for the service, that's the best way to ensure the car is serviced to it's absolute best
