Default LS SWAP problem >> TOO SLOW lol

ok i dropped an LS in my hatch today, and it is extremely slow, it seems like it doesnt have no tourqe at all,
The timing and the ignition seems to be fine, but when the engine is working to me it seems like its shaking a lil bit more then it should.
anybody know what the problem could be?
    I cleaned the injectors,

the check engine light comes on,

sounds like it's skipping if it is shaking. did you replace the spark plugs, wires, check your rotor button and dist. cap before putting the motor in?

oh wait... i forgot nobody does the maintenance items anymore.
    Who knows?
