this was my question, can you help?

a friend of mine had a Skunk2 intake manifold on his EX. well all in all, he sold it to me. well, I put it on my car and I know the ACE censer is located on the throttle body and on the EX it is located on the back of the intake manifold. also you have to change the wire clip from a 3 wire plug in to a 2 wire plug in. well..... I did that and all the car did was pulsate when I started it up. so I had to change it back to the 3 wire lug in on the throttle body. but as of now the car idles to high till it warms up. is it because I need an EX throttle body or what? any suggestions?
