Buddy of mine has got a little problem. You know how the mercedes has that electronic key. Well when he puts his key into the ignition it wont allow the key to turn, almost like its stuck in place. Any of you mercedes guys know whats up with this? Reps for anyone with good input. Thanks guys.

I'm not really familiar with smart key or have a mercedes^_^ but first off does the key allow you to lock/unlock your vehicle? If not have you tried replacing the battery? and I guess it none of that works then maybe take it to the dealership to have them reprogram the key. hope this help
