honestly man i see so many cars come into work with 300k+ miles that still run like they are new, and havent ran synthetics, just regular fossil oil changes every 3-5k. even in my own vehicles i run regular old oil.

Castrol GTX is what I've run in other cars, I just feel that the extra wear and tear on oil caused by a turbo motor warrants a synthetic. Get your oil tested at blackstone and they'll tell you how long it should last, most synthetics will last upwards of 7K miles according to their analysis results.Originally Posted by green91
