it also could have been a cracked cam creating alot of heat in the head causing the coolant to turn into steam inturn causing the pressure... i know it sucks trying to figure that much crap out... i had a thread about a year ago and i did everything then i took the cam out and checked it and instead or hearing a ring it was a thud noise.
