91' Honda CRX!! help

Hey I need someone to help me with some information on this CRX SI that I have in my town. It was abandoned over 4 months ago and it has been stripped out of a lot of things, it wont even run (aka engine taken apart). I was hoping to get a hold of the owner and try to buy it from them for a project car. Just something for me to do ya know?
Well if you have a carfax profile or something like that, could you help me out here? The VIN is JHMED936XMS002636.

No no no.. I am asking anyone that has a carfax account to look up the information and send it through email to me. If anyone could help that would be awesome.
I dont own a credit card so I cant get an account for the carfax.
If someone has an account already please help me.
