    dont misunderstand me.

If youre going to BUILD a motor, dont BUILD a b16. You can get an ls block and crank for $100 anywhere.

If your going to build an engine, dont do a b16 because you will be UNHAPPY. even the most extreme b16s rarely make 190whp.

WHat makes a car FUN and MOVE is TQ. Especially a honda. Why handicap yourself with a smaller engine?

Now, in EFs, stock b16s or a head swap like your talking about is ok since the chassis is light. Itll be fun, it has VTEC, and you can do alot of stuff to it.

My point was if your going to go INTO the motor, i always reccomend 1.8Ls

LS is fine for under 350whp.

Anything over that youre better off going LSVTEC
